The Sage program is Minnesota Department of Health sponsors preventive care for low-income women who are 40 years and above. It provided free mammogram (Breast – Women 40 and older) and free Pap testing including HPV testing (Cervical – Women ages 21 to 64). Any treatment associated with any abnormal finding is also covered. For women in the age group (Women ages 40-64) who desire Heart Health screening for glucose and cholesterol that can be provided through the SagePlus Heart Health Screening Program.
